January 31, 2013 all numbers will become open to the “first come, first serve” policy so if you want to reserve the number you have run for the 2012 season please reserve your number BEFORE this date as it is not our responsiblity to hold your number but yours. You can not be mad at us if someone else got their paper work in on time and you chose not too, thus causing you to lose your riding number.
Please print on the same piece of paper and mail into the address given on application. Please read carefully before signing, notarizing and mailing it in. End of AUGUST is the deadline to have your application in to the NEOC for year end points. Please do not wait until last minute to do this as we will not bend the final date for having it turned in and filed.
*Remember: If you are under 18 you MUST have your application notarized.
